Self compassion for mental health

November 2020 || Online || Workshop for Young Creatives


This workshop hosted by Pippa Richardson, Yoga & Body Awareness Therapist taught us how to use tools to improve self compassion and it's important role in our day-to-day lives and wellbeing.

The workshop also included journaling, a guided meditation and an exploration of the difference between self-care and self-compassion.
