Mindfulness and Meditation

Kicking off the first week of November we hosted an incredible workshop focusing on the use of mindfulness and meditation to improve mental health The wonderful Sacha MBaye shared his personal experiences as a model and how mindfulness techniques and regular meditation helped him to deal with certain anxieties and stresses that arose in his life working as a successful, international model.

We also had social influencer Jordan Collyer share statistics on how social media can have detrimental effects on one's mental wellbeing and how she has personally benefited by including meditation into her daily routine, limited screen time and including practices such as writing a daily gratitude list

Our workshop finished with a powerful guided meditation led by Cornelius Nonduality, a world leading expert in eastern philosophy and meditation with over 20 years experience, leaving us all feeling relaxed, definitely de-stressed and also humbled by the personal stories our amazing speakers so kindly shared.
