ONLINE WORKSHOP OCCURRING EVERY SIX WEEKS.  NEXT SESSION IS MONDAY JULY 10TH, 9.30AM - 10AM BST.

Be Well Collective presents our third guided journaling club, which will be focused on acceptance and letting go.

Accepting things as they are, and letting go of things we can't control, allows us to channel our mental, emotional, and physical energy in a productive manner. It can become a key to reducing stress and anxiety, emotional ties to the past or future, frustration with others, struggles with loss, and succumbing to fear. By letting go, we can set ourselves free.

The journal club is a morning zoom event occurring every six weeks. This journaling club will once again feature a guided meditation, and then a journaling session, lasting 30 minutes in total. We encourage you to tap into your mind and engage in the safe space of the Be Well community, consisting of like-minded individuals. We will provide a framework and thoughtful prompts, so you can get the best results out of the practice.

I loved the whole experience but what I especially enjoyed was learning about ‘PROMPT’ - this simple yet effective approach to mindfulness was new to me and is such a fab way to get the most out of being more mindful - PROMPT will definitely help me to be more detailed in my journaling. Great tips!

The pro’s of journaling:

I enjoyed how there were different stages in the guided journaling prompts which we climbed towards, by reflecting on our first prompts and adding to them
