It’s a hard concept to explore because it can be quite abstract. Mental health is how we balance our thoughts and feelings and how we deal with ups and downs. It’s a state of well-being. By seeking to understand more about our minds by researching mental health, we can put the feelings we go through and the thoughts we have in context, which makes life a lot easier.
