Eat breakfast every day within 30-45 mins of rising
Stay well hydrated
No more than 200-300mg of caffeine per day
Switch of electronics an hour before bed
Never check the time if you wake during the night
Use White Noise if you are a sensitive sleeper
Learn how to breather optimally
Learn how to power nap
If you can’t sleep, then rest
Go to bed feeling grateful
